Grieving and having to deal with errors that are made by you guys and then having to wait to burry a family member is disappointing
Really bad service, office made a error on my family members documents all was set for her funeral on a specific date. Tiffany was harsh over the phone. I am really disapointed in this funeral home because I personally took them here to choose Crabiels services. Please use personal that are more empathetic.

This is not about the place.. it is about the blond spanish speaking lady. YOU HAVE NO CONSIDERATION OR FEELINGS. Dont ever fix your mouth to say you have been doing this for years if you cant understand grief. You do not tell a mother who is burying her only son to be put in the car while he is literally being put 6ft under. Then have the audacity to argue with the family while this is all happening, because we were not going to take her away.. You hand the flowers out and shut your mouth and let the emotions be.
