Every Urgent Care in my immediate area is owned by Valley Health and they STINK. Went out of my way to go to GoWell instead, and they did not disappoint!!! Everything was smooth, seamless, polite, friendly, quick, efficient, and easy. Being a Millennial, I appreciated that I could even text the front desk about my insurance, even after my appointment was done. Very friendly, much enjoyed appointment
From the front desk to the providers, everyone was very friendly and welcoming. The nurse practitioner (Anne M.) I saw was very thorough, took the time to listen to my symptoms and made me feel truly cared for. I really appreciated the professionalism and attention to detail throughout my visit.
