Was pleased with the staff I felt right at home Dr zuck was phenomenal very professional and she didn't rush in and out she took the time to listen to what I had to say I will be going back to this office job well done ladies even the little nurse was sweet as well
I've went to the GoWell Urgent Care in Warrenton before and I've never had such a bad visit with them until yesterday. First their Google page said their not busy right now. When i got there they told me it would an hour wait that ended up being an hour an a half wait. Then the nurse that checks your vitals questioned me for about a half hour before finally the nurse practitioner came in to see me. I have a cold and pink eye. The receptionist was very nice, provider was friendly- but waiting 1hr after scheduled appt, and another 1hr to get results from flu/COVID/strep for my sick toddler- not ok. They said there was a delay in getting the results, because they had to move furniture around. Don't think I'll be coming back.
