My aunt 78 yrs old, her stove supposed to be replaced. They took the stove on 7/3/26 today is 7/7/26 and she still have not received her new stove. I had to come from another borough to make sure my aunt has food to eat cause her caretaker couldn't cook for her. Service is awful and when you call the main office of NYCHA all you get it's a machine that can't help you. The super is no help at all.
