The service they offer is needed in this area but their customer service sucks. The times I'm forced to call Cityspree because my order is messed up they NEVER pick up the phone. I have to call the restaurant and they can't get in contact with them either. sucks, sucks, sucks!!!!! When they finally called me back said they couldn't help me because the driver was gone.
Horrible, slow, bad customer service. The same old restaurants with the promise to get more. I have been using them over a year now. At first when opened, like most business, was on their game, but the last six months have been horrible and doesn't seem to care that they are getting increasingly bad reviews.
