Horrible strata managers, check reddit for the real reviews on Perth strata managers! Terrible reputation around Perth. The Knutsford complex couldn't wait to get rid of them. Still cleaning up their messes one year on. Owners of Gow are very belligerent and aggressive especially when you stand up against their bullying behavior! Christine is so horrible and confrontational and unprofessional. Look at their nasty replies on here, evidence enough they are a terrible organisation. I wish I could give 0 stars but I can't.
Rang Them four times and they said the Againt in the area would call back, never rang me back if you can’t even call me back to rent your house out, why would you go with them then stacked me down I have 3 rentals and not one with them
The worst real state I came across over 10 years in Perth. Property manger John Gochez, he is Lack in confidence in decision making. I’m extremely disappointed with their management/services over 1 year with them!!
