Dr Niketa Govindani delivered of both my babies! I cannot express the level of compassion and professionalism she has. She goes above and beyond for her patients! Throughout my prenatal care and on to delivery, she made sure my care was exceptional. She made sure my babies were safe and I was well taken care of. Thank you!
I truly had such a great experience with Dr Govindani throughout my pregnancy. From the very beginning, she always took the time to listen to me, answer my questions, and make me feel heard whenever I had concerns. It pains me to write this review - but I have been sitting on this for a while and I felt the need to share my experience. While Dr. Govindani was very kind and attentive to begin with, her office, staff and later antics made me swear to never use her again. Her receptionist was the worst receptionist I have ever encountered. Mixing up appointments, scheduling appointments for when the Dr was not even in - she scheduled my glucose test at 8am, knowing Dr. Govandani would not be in until 11. I went in for a routine check-up, and my test results were abnormal. She called but didn't leave a message. When I called back to speak with her, she refused to come to the phone, instead instructing the staff on what to say. I needed medication, but she refused to prescribe it, telling me to wait six months and see how I felt. Just save yourself the headache and go elsewhere.
