I went in for a routine check-up, and my test results were abnormal. She called but didn't leave a message. When I called back to speak with her, she refused to come to the phone, instead instructing the staff on what to say. I needed medication, but she refused to prescribe it, telling me to wait six months and see how I felt. Just save yourself the headache and go elsewhere.
Dr Govindani is exceptional. From the first time I met her she was so kind and explained everything we were going to do during my appointment. I have never had such a compassionate and attentive doctor. Instead of feeling rushed through the appointment, Dr. Govindani took the time to listen fully to my concerns, ask insightful questions, and clearly explain things to me not only during my routine pap smear but after I became pregnant. The best OBGYN there is! Not only is she an intelligent doctor that knows what she is doing, she’s an advocate and she is human. I cannot thank Dr. Govindani enough for all of the help that she has given me. 🚨 Avoid this place at all costs — the worst hospital experience I’ve ever had. Every visit was a disaster. Patients put their health, time, and money into this hospital, yet they treat you like you don’t matter. Completely unprofessional and careless. If they can’t even do the basics right, why charge so much?
