I usually don’t leave reviews but in this case I want to make an exception as this was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had renting a car. First their website offering pickup and return at the cruise ship terminal is a complete lie. Their car rental (ace rent a car) is on the airport about 20-30 minutes from the cruise ship. They DON’T bring the car to you as they promise but instead they want you to use a Lyft for which you have to wait 10-15 minutes for a 20-3 minutes ride to the airport and at return the reverse. The worst experience ever!!! I reserved car as provider choice just because I did not plan to use it a lot and I did not care what type of car I would get. The gentleman that works for them showed up telling me that he doesn't have any available cars at the moment but if I accept dirty car he would give me an upgrade to an SUV for free.
