Such an amazing caring team at Go Vets. After visiting the emergency vet on the weekend when my dog became terribly unwell and being quoted a huge figure for surgery, I made a frantic call to Go Vets the next morning. Dr Robyn and her team fit my dog in first thing. Performed the emergency surgery at a very reasonable price and literally saved his life. Even the follow up has been fantastic. I could not be more grateful x
Great experience with the GoVets team. They took amazing care of Daisy our King Charles puppy. It was her first visit to the vets and they really set her at ease. All the staff were very polite, friendly & compassionate, can’t thank you enough!!! No excessive treatment recommended and no unnecessary follow up appointments were required.
We've been taking our two dogs and our cat to GoVets Greenwood for over three years and the care we've received has always been exceptional. Do not take your pets to GoVets. Sadly there's too many dodgy things done by the vet and practice manager to list them all here. The multi-national business that owns GoVets pays bonuses to its vets. Despite going there monthly, my ex-partner and I've never been asked to complete a customer satisfaction survey, maybe the bonus is based on exploiting your love for your pet by giving you deliberately vague information designed to make you spend money. Great vet nurses and amazing receptionists, however, the current manager and current vet are not great at communicating or listening. This place used to be excellent, however since being acquired by Vets Central it is owned by Sydney and US based private equity firms. Sadly, the quality of service is not even close to what it used to be.
