Dr Nick Tan is an incredibly caring and professional vet. We have been using him for many years, so we were relieved to find out he offered a mobile service when it was time to say goodbye to our beautiful boy Scruffy. It made an extremely difficult time a little more bearable, being able to hold him right till the end at home with him being so comfortable and in familiar surroundings. Nick was very patient and gave us the time we needed to farewell our precious boy. We will be forever grateful.
I have been going to this vets for a long time and my dog is on medication for life. Recently the new practice manager now insists I bring my dog for a check up when I need a new script. I’m furious!! Just a chance to make more money!! Needless to say I’m moving my custom elsewhere!!
