This vet s office is very friendly quick to get appointments and they even give a follow up phone call. I will recommend and tell others :)
It is a bad vet. They showed no compassion or empathy for my situation. I understand that veterinary care is expensive, but this clinic was extremely expensive, and it felt like they only cared about the money.
Quick appointment and FIV/FeLV testing were appreciated, but the exam was very superficial. I mentioned excessive ear scratching, and the vet only suggested cleaning with tissue paper. Two weeks later, another vet diagnosed ear mites. Based on the initial assessment, we had introduced our new cat to our resident cat, so now both may be affected. This could have been prevented with a more thorough exam. Disappointed with the care.
Just before Christmas I had to make the tough decision to put my pet rat Frances down. The kind staff at Governors Rd Animal Hospital made the process a more bearable one. I was so touched when I received Frances’ paw-prints, along with a card, signed by each staff member, giving their condolences. Thank you Gov Rd Animal Hospital staff <3
