Emailed Ivey office two or three times now and only get a generic response back with a pamphlet included back in the mail. Even though I have pleaded for someone to look into my complaints and concerns. It has seriously affected me and my family to the point of no return at this point. I have called the office and spoke with a very rude assistant (I’m guessing) who referred me back to my own county people in “charge”.
