I have learned life-saving research support where we can actually drill down to the issues that we are trying to resolve for veterans and also the networking I've met the most incredible people sound very blessed to have this opportunity to be apart.
I’m grateful to the Governor’s Institute for sponsoring my tuition to the NCFADS conference earlier this month! I am honored to be selected and humbled that this organization sees the value in educating and training professionals throughout our wonderful state. Thank you Trina Titus and your selfless team!!
I wanted to express my gratitude towards the Governors Institute for the assistance in helping me obtain my LCAS. With this scholarship award I will be able to continue to serve the state of N.C. and serve individuals whom struggle with substance abuse issues. Mrs. Titus was extremely helpful and encouraging. Thank you so much!!! Alleta
I’ve worked with the governors Institute for nearly a year… first rate professionals; among the most compassionate, committed groups of people I’ve come across.
I Would like to thank everyone at G.I. for their help and assistance for getting my WRAP Training, and my Peer Support Specialist Training. I'm a transplant from New York and had no idea of how to get my credentials here in North Carolina, but the people at G.I. made it happen. They also showed me how to continue towards my CSAC certification. They are all angels in my eyes! Thank you all again.
Thank you Governor’s Institute for providing me a scholarship and the opportunity to be able to participate in the 2019 Winter School conference! I learned soo much information that I’m able to translate to my role as a Outpatient Clinician to an all male IOP group. I was able to learn about Sex and Love in Addiction, Information on the Re-Entry programs, and on Mindfulness to name a few things. I would definitely recommend anyone to utilize the resources that is provided through the Governor’s Institute. Thanks again!
Governors Institute helped me to achieve my WRAP facilitator certificate and I wouldn't have been able to do it without them. Trina was incredibly helpful and timely in taking care of things. I appreciate you all so much!
it was great and I do recommend it if was for this institute I would not have been able to take the training and it was quick. Thank you
On behalf of ECU Schol of Social Work we want to give a big thanks to the Governor's Institute for all they do for our students seeking license. Without your support many of our students would not be able to enter the addiction profession. Thanks Ms Titus and the Governor's Institute. Michael Daniels substance abuse coordinator
