Apparently they control the heat, so my kids and I are FREEZING in this 15 degrees winter weather. You complain and they act like they don’t know...yeah right. Most neighbors are flight attendants so they are in and out. No one should freeze in a place that has heat and they pay rent FAITHFULLY. Ridiculous. Will be reporting to the township.
