Very poor communication with their HR Assistant (Sydnei) and sales team. I had to wait two weeks for a simple question to be answer. I highly suggest not working at this company as it has a very poor work culture. Also, their customer service phone service is very poor quality as it has bad reception/ an echoing sound.
Great customer service, fast delivery, supplies in great condition when it arrived. Highly recommend this service as supplier!
Had an issue and contacted with IT team. Very satisfied. More than 5 stars.
