it is so very frustrating to do business with these people!!!! If you have a problem the customer service people tell you supervisors don't accept phone calls - what kind of company is this??? They have people reading from a script when you call customer service. I was also told supervisors don't take phone calls? WTF?? Apparently when you create an account and you enter the billing persons contact info it means nothing!
