I had a wonderful experience with Goverla! Great communication, transparency, and flexibility throughout the whole process. My installation on the fourth floor was tricky but they did a beautiful job. Highly recommended! Update one year later: I reached out to Vlad about a problem with my windows. It turned out to be my own user error, but he still took a lot of his time to walk me through how to fix it!
The sales person for my whole-house window replacement was very professional, thorough, and not pushy well at the same time providing all of the information I needed about the windows and the process.
