Met with Vlad on Friday April 10th. Sent him a follow up email on Wed April 15th. It's now Monday April 20th with no quote or any further commication from him. Went with another installer that responded immediately and often to my inquiries.

I had a wonderful experience with Goverla! Great communication, transparency, and flexibility throughout the whole process. My installation on the fourth floor was tricky but they did a beautiful job. Highly recommended! Update one year later: I reached out to Vlad about a problem with my windows. It turned out to be my own user error, but he still took a lot of his time to walk me through how to fix it!
The sales person for my whole-house window replacement was very professional, thorough, and not pushy well at the same time providing all of the information I needed about the windows and the process. There were some miscommunications about the product line I was most interested in.
