We signed up with ***** **** in 1989 and have had **** Security ever since in 3 homes with their monitoring service. It has been great and I would have nothing else. Their response time in dealing with emergency events has been unequalled. Their system has never failed in 31 years and quickly respond if we think there is a problem. *** K

Love them. Had a problem with one of our sensors and they were in and out in a flash. Fixed the problem at no cost.
Great value and service – I was really impressed with the personalized service I received with Gove Security. They were always on time for their appointments which is always a plus. The tech called me within 24 hours of my BBB referral, so I had direct communication with him thoughout the whole process. I also like that Gove will not sell my contract with them to the monitoring company (COPS Monitoring), so if I have an issue, I call Gove directly and they will come out for the service call as opposed to having someone from ... read more
