The washrooms at the GOVA Transit Hub are consistently dirty and difficult to access. While I understand the need for a security measure that requires a guard to unlock the door, security staff are frequently absent or slow to respond. Today, I waited to be let in, and the guard who eventually showed up chose to let someone else in first, then stated I 'didn't tell him' why I was standing there. This bus transit hub is a complete. Joke needs to be overhauled and rebuilt Everything has fallen apart completely rusted out. Nothing ever gets done.
