This “doctor” caused the suffering of my 8 year old daughter for 7 months. For 7 months my daughter was unable to swallow ANY food at all. She had to be on pediasure shakes only. This is because both of her tonsils measured 4+ (the highest grade). Her tonsils blocked a significant portion of her airway for 7 months. On top of the huge tonsils, she had narrowing of the naso and oropharynx. This unprofessional person was rude and condescending, didn't spend enough time in the room (less than 5 minutes). Your opinion is professional, but it is not all-knowing. Don't refuse first-hand information a parent is giving you. I wouldn't trust this kind of low-level thinking with anyone's well-being. We will not be seeing this incompetent excuse for a doctor again.
