Easy to work with these guys and I would recommend their service to anybody. Communication is key.
They are super accommodating, I recently had an issue trying to get my unit to lock, after about 10 minutes I called the number hoping that someone could help. They sent someone out to lock it for me and clear the ice I didn’t realize was there after I had moved snow. Above and beyond customer service!
I’ve have a storage unit in gouverneur I have never had any problems with the unit or the people that run the storage units I appreciate the professional services that on bill pay and if there is an issue of paying the bill they have worked with me enjoy having the unit but the only drawback is my unit is there in gouverneur and I live 3.5 hours away from the unit
I have rented a unit for approximately 2 years, I had my unit broken into and everything turned round as whoever went thru my unit.. I received no compensation, no new lock, had to replace on my own. Was told no one caught as the security cameras did not work. now raising rent 10$ in one swoop. Not impressed
Good size units at decent prices and easy to pay online.
