Unsure how to get into building. Unable to find emergency room entrance, staff is not knowledgeable and rude would not come back for further business.
Visited this ER recently. Was taken in a seen promptly by RN Kimberly and Dr . Quinn. Both were so caring, kind, compassionate and exceptionally professional. Special shout out to the attending CNA and future LPN , the young Filipino lady that took my labs, and the gal that checked me in, all professional and so kind. Look, I’ve been going to the hospital pretty frequently given I’m a cardiac and chronic kidney disease patient whose primary care provider is also at this hospital. I’ve also been to the ER a few times for kidney stone obstructions. Here are my observations: The specialty suites are fantastic. They’ve always been able to address everything that I’ve needed done in a timely and efficient manner. This is my primary hospital and where I’m being seen for prenatal care. Staff constantly makes you feel like you are wasting their time, forgets about appts, fails to call in regards to scheduling. Canton hospital is a much much better experience I went to the ER here about a year ago and they told me I was dehydrated the next day I go to Watertown and almost went in for surgery.
