This hospital should be shut down. Not only because it's a very dirty hospital and the doctor's and nurses are all incompetent. And very rude. When I was in there all the nurses were on tik Tok and talking trash about the hurt people in the ER. I have this all on video and yes I posted it on Facebook
Went in with a concussion. Told Dr I had digestive issues me and doctors have been trying to figure out for years and I throw up a lot so I couldnt tell of it was from the concussion or the previous issues. Zero stars. I went there in an ambulance and they tried telling me at midnight when they decided to discharge me that there's are no more same day Medicaid ride which is a straight out lie, and we're not trying to put in for one for me so I would have had to walk twelve miles home in the middle of the night. Luckily I had my mother calling the hospital to advocate for me because they were just treating me rudely and rushing me out the door without even doing anything. Don't go to gouverneur ny hospital. My husband went there for hip pain. Stay almost 3 weeks and never got any better. Came home for one day and went right back out because he was in so much pain. Rescue took him to Watertown ny at his request. Just a few hours later he was diagnosed with a broken back
