Gouverneur Collision is the only place I'll bring my vehicles to be repaired! Unfortunately, ive had to bring 3 different vehicles to craig and his team and each time I have received excellent service and it's always done in a timely manor! Bonus points for the inside of my vehicle being detailed when I picked it up! Great work Gouverneur Collision !

Craig answered all my questions on the phone and at the shop - giving me confidence that they would do an excellent job, as my car was new and I considered bringing it to a dealer. All OEM parts were used, and everything looks great. Super service . And Craig and Terri arranged for a rental so everything was easy and seamless. Highly recommend Gouverneur Collision!
