I waited before posting to see how the repairs held up. It's been over a year now and it looks as good as new still. The crew removed the box off my 08 Ram to fix a corner dent where the previous owner backed into a tree and dented and bent bumper and rear corner. You could never till the box was dented or the bumper bent except for small dent in the heavy bumper that's impossible for anyone to get out. Gouverneur Collision is the only place I'll bring my vehicles to be repaired! Unfortunately, ive had to bring 3 different vehicles to craig and his team and each time I have received excellent service and it's always done in a timely manor! Bonus points for the inside of my vehicle being detailed when I picked it up! Great work Gouverneur Collision !

Craig answered all my questions on the phone and at the shop - giving me confidence that they would do an excellent job, as my car was new and I considered bringing it to a dealer. All OEM parts were used, and everything looks great. Super service . And Craig and Terri arranged for a rental so everything was easy and seamless. Highly recommend Gouverneur Collision!
