Been going to this gym for over 5 years, since they opened. Excellent gym for a great combination of HIIT and strength, utilizing some boxing, and a new combination daily of exercises and movements. Great people, family friendly, family oriented. Class environment with personal training available as well. Update: Still going to Gfit and still love it after 4 and half years!!!! Kyle and Walt continue to lead great workouts and the freindly, fun environment is great. I still highly recommend giving Gfit a try! Love Gfit! Our whole family attends. My husband, 17 year old son and I attend the adult classes.
