Chef Keegan and the team at Gourmet Prep absolutely crush it. It's homemade, not “meal-prepped,” you know when the care is there. Makes eating well way too easy.
Met Keegan for the first time, while he personally delivered my meals. I was extremely impressed by his professionalism and attention to detail. What's even better is how great the meals taste. It is truly a premium quality and you can taste the freshness with every bite. Really delicious and nurtient dense food with really good portion sizes. Pickup is also efficient, from the T2TG app. Friendly service and amazing experience overall!
Picked up some meal preps and they were super delicious, healthy, and satiating! Definitely recommend these meal preps if you want something healthy that also tastes good!
