We ordered on the website for collection but when we went in they said the website has been cancelled. It's a bit considering it can still take orders and your money. They didn't offer a refund and said nothing they could do as the website has been cancelled (even though you can still go in and order) strange that 😂 what's worse is they said to email for a refund however there is no email on the website. One week on and still nothing back from them. I'd stay away if anyone is thinking of going
I was disappointed with my experience. I rang to order a spice bag, curry sauce and a can of Coke, expecting to pay the €13 spice bag meal price. Instead, I was charged approximately €16.80, apparently because of the size of the curry sauce portion. This additional cost wasn’t clearly explained to me when I placed the order. Worst place to deal with, website doesnt work but they'll take ur money and noone in shop seems to know how sort it or give money back
We ordered here for the first time ever last night and in all honesty its up there with the worst Chinese food I've had. I love flavour and originality, but they weren't on offer in Gourmet Kitchen. The chicken balls were well under cooked. The beef in the curry was well average, also undercooked, flavourless and the curry was like water. I added Aldi curry sauce just to make it edible for the kids dinner today and a breast of chicken. Only went here due to The Regent being closed in Killester. Safe to say we won't be back.
