Abysmal customer service at Seasons Lawrence. I shopped there last night; spent over $125. The checker finished ringing up my order a couple of minutes after midnight and said - as did her supervisor - that she could not and would not provide me with the advertised $5-off coupon for spending $125 or more on Thursday. C'mon; there are workarounds. Same thing happened to me months ago at Gourmet Glatt (order rung up a few minutes after midnight on a Thursday night), and the workers knew exactly what to do in the case of a simi... read more
Really like the shopping experience, staff is attentive and personable. Prducts are always fresh and selection is plentiful. Having such friendly staff is what keeps us returning every week.
