Gourmet Fresh has a really nice atmosphere, a clean layout, and a huge selection of products. One thing I like is that they carry a lot of niche and healthier items that can be hard to find at a regular grocery store, so it's a good place if you're looking for specialty ingredients or healthier alternatives. I dunno, everytime I buy cut flowers from here, they barely last a day or two back home. Maybe because there are no commercial coolers, like a flower shop has. Would probably be better to buy flowers from here during the cooler months of Fall, Winter, Spring. I'll try again then, and give an update.

The watermelon used to be under $3.75 for a quarter. Now it’s a couple of weeks later and it’s $9.50 for 1/4 of a watermelon. $9.50! The owner is money hungry. When he sees stuff selling, he raises the prices astronomically. Come on, man. It’s summer. It’s hot. People don’t wanna spend over $9 on a quarter watermelon. It’s ridiculous.

Everything is EXTREMELY overpriced here, everything is more expensive than wholefoods, which is crazy and their produce is absolutely trash. The guy who runs this place probably should be in jail. Everytime i check chease, or ice cream or milk or anything it's expired, few times accidentely did not check and bought expired food here, and the guy who runs it does not even care about it.
