We are so happy that we hired Gourmet Cowboy for our wedding catering. Sarah was so easy to work with, extremely flexible to fit all of our requests and even made adjustments at the last minute when a few people cancelled right before the invoice was due. Most importantly the food was absolutely delicious, so many people complimented it from the apps through to dessert. We hired Gourmet Cowboy to cater our wedding this summer and we had the best experience! The food was absolutely incredible and Sarah was amazing to work with . She was so helpful at the tasting and helping us make decisions for our bar service as well. Everything was handled perfectly the day of, so we were able to just enjoy our wedding. The staff was so friendly and helpful as well. After searching weeks and weeks for the perfect caterer, Gourmet Cowboy was the best quality and price point that we found in Vail.

My wife and I had the pleasure of having Sarah and her team cater our wedding this spring. The food was absolutely amazing and our guests all LOVED it.
