Sarah was so great and easy to work with. We put all our faith on Gourmet Cowboy as we are from St. Louis, MO and they delivered plus some! We had an intimate micro wedding (total of 12) and I was worried that would be considered “too small” but they happily accepted. Wow! Exceptional food and client service! We had Gourmet Cowboy cater a family reunion at a park in Glenwood Springs in July. Sarah and Kipper created an amazing southwestern menu that was perfect for adults and kids (and could sit out for hours!). Delivery was on time, quick and efficient in a very hectic parking lot (YAY Brendan!). Sarah was super responsive, friendly and adapted to a lot of “week of” changes. Highly recommend!!!
Choosing The Gourmet Cowboy for our wedding was one of the best decisions we made during our planning process. Their service was amazing and their food was delicious. From beginning to end Gourmet Cowboy was one of the BEST decisions we made for our wedding!!! Wedding food can be a little iffy sometimes but our food was unreal! We received so many compliments - all of our vendors were even blown away! Sarah and her husband/chef were so personable and kind. They were beyond accommodating for all of my food allergies. The hors d'oeuvres STOLE the show - make sure to get the empanadas!!!
Sarah and her team are absolutely incredible! Sarah was able to put all my ideas together and help me stay organized along the way, wedding planning can be overwhelming and she made it so much better! She has so much experience working in the industry that I was sure I could trust each of her suggestions. Everything turned out wonderfully and the food was fantastic!
