We hired Gourmet Cowboy to cater our wedding this summer and we had the best experience! The food was absolutely incredible and Sarah was amazing to work with . She was so helpful at the tasting and helping us make decisions for our bar service as well. Everything was handled perfectly the day of, so we were able to just enjoy our wedding. The staff was so friendly and helpful as well. After searching weeks and weeks for the perfect caterer, Gourmet Cowboy was the best quality and price point that we found in Vail.

My wife and I had the pleasure of having Sarah and her team cater our wedding this spring. The food was absolutely amazing and our guests all LOVED it. The appetizers were great (the tuna tacos and lamb were a hit!), the main course was incredible, and the desserts they made were perfect. We hired Gourmet Cowboy to cater our wedding and we utilized the Day Of Coordinator services as well. Sara was great at helping to plan, offering advice and ideas. The food was great, all of our guests agreed and day off we didn't need to worry about a thing, Sara and her team had everything managed beautifully. We highly recommend Gourmet Cowboy for all catering services and day of coordination.
Sarah was incredible to work with for our 2/28/25 wedding in Vail, CO. Food was one of the most important things for my husband and I and we wanted to do family style for our wedding so our guests could try a little bit of everything.
