IN RESPONSE TO THE OWNER'S RESPONSE: I just wanted to clarify. There have been ZERO phone conversations between the Project Manager and myself other than the initial scheduling of the estimate. All communication was done via text which I initiated and included in my review. Checked out their site and called about a remodel job that I'm contacting. They called back several days later to inform me that they were NOT taking any more residential work.
