The service I received from the Goumas team was impeccable and I could not be happier! I was quite stressed with an annoying insurance claim and they went so far above and beyond to help me out with fixing parts that weren't covered AND my car looks beautiful!!! I can’t vouch for the quality of the work yet as I’ve just left my car there but they were very helpful and accomodating after a stressful accident that wasn’t my fault on a very hot day and were nice to my dogs who were in the car as well. Yes the insurance will pay them but they were very obliging.

Terrible experience. I had towed my car here after an incident on the freeway that had damaged part of the panel. I reached out on essentially a daily basis to be repeatedly told that they were busy, and a week later the mechanic (who didn't bother calling me, I had to follow up) simply said "we don't deal with this kind of case" and offered no help or any further details. Upon asking for a recommendation, they followed with "we don't recommend others as we don't want to be held responsible" (again incredibly unhelpful). All... read more
