I could not be happier with the service. The customer support was excellent from start to finish. The repairs were completed to a high standard, looks as good as new. Professional, friendly and efficient. Highly recommended.
It has taken me a long time to write this review, but I truly believe that everyone needs to hear about the amazing experience I had with Goumas! I was unfortunate enough to get hit by a tram recently, and was really not looking forward to dealing with the repairer that my insurance company prefers, they are reckless and really don't do a great job, having experienced accidents in the past and knowing first-hand how they operate and repair, I was kicking myself that I would need to deal with them again. Fantastic experience and service from everyone I dealt with; the reception staff to the mechanics. Very generous with their time and financially (they may have felt sorry for me getting my number plates angle ground off and stolen). Would recommend
Had a really good experience here. Staff were all helpful, from reception, to floor staff, to towing. The other persons insurance were really painful, & goumas team where very kind and patient with the process. They even fixed my side mirrors which wasn’t part of the accident, which I was so wrapped about. Thanks heaps guys. Ren
Absolutely thrilled with the service from Jim and Goumas! They did an amazing job on my car — it looks as good as new. The team was wonderful to deal with, kept me updated throughout the entire process, and truly went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect.
