Absolutely pathetic customer service, dropped my polaris off for a service , took 10 weeks to get it back getting told every story under the sun. Picked it up and had a headlight missing, i asked for camera footage 1 person said we cant see from the angles then got told from someone else that it only lasts 14 days. They offered to pay half after i have spent thousands over the last 4 years on mowers etc. I will never go back and would not recommend to anyone. Loyalty and customer service does not exist with this mob.

Chainsaw wouldn’t start, so drop it in and ask that the issue be identified and to call me (this is written down). 4-5 weeks later I get a call to say it’s ready (cost is $370). Chainsaw still won’t start, so took it back. A week later, I call to find out what’s going on. No one gets back to me. Picked it up this morning. Still not starting. Am out of pocket $370, and $400 having to purchase firewood.
