They wouldn't insure my house with my garage. They wanted to charge me to mail stuff to my alternate address. They added and subtracted vehicles off my policy without much hassle though.

I was a loyal customer for 30+ years until my daughter had 2 accidents. They wanted to charge her a ridiculous premium. We shopped around and found cheaper policies for her as well as the family. The service we received at the end of the policy was very disappointing.
