My husband and I used Davison Legal a few years ago to create some documents for our rental properties. They were able to get us setup and renting in just a couple days. Since then, the rental agreements have stood up in court multiple times. Just recently my husband got a speeding ticket and the office was able to get him out of it without any points! The money we will avoid in insurance premiums will more than pay for their services. Good firm! Echo

My ex-girlfriend was able to get a PPO against me by making false accusations. The court let her get a PPO without having a hearing or anything! After I received the papers, I met with Attorney Sefa and he filed an objection to the PPO. We had a hearing and Attorney Sefa was able to show the judge that my ex-girlfriend had lied about everything. The PPO was dismissed that day!

I retained Davison Legal to help me with a Medical Power of Attorney. I had a surgery scheduled for the following week and I wanted to make sure that I had all of my affairs in order just in case something happened. I met with Attorney Sefa and Attorney Ellis and discussed my wishes and who I wanted to have make my medical decisions if I was unable. They had the paperwork prepared within 24 hours. I was glad they were able to prepare everything so quickly! It really helped put my mind at ease before the surgery.
