The delivery & pick up personal are awesome, friendly, with great customer service. However, their phone system to get to the correct person is “Awful” Literally took me 2 1/2 hrs to get correct person to schedule a pic-up for a bed.. multiple, repetitive prompts..left to lvm.. the person calling back left a dif number each time to call back leads you back to where first started.. when you finally get to spk to someone.. again, they give you “another number”.
