Great customer service. Called that morning, had a technician to the house within a few hours. Was able to do the repair the next day. Will definitely give them a call for all of my household appliances needs.
Technician called to list MMS know he's could arrive in 20min if that was ok with me. Arrived as discussed and asked a few questions about issues with gas oven then commenced to work on identifying cause of issue. Discovered a broken hearing element and replaced part and tested oven. Heated up properly and broiler checked. In and out in about 30mins. Great service and would call then again for my future alliance repair needs.
My call was answered quickly and repair man was sent right away. I will call them again.
Our technician went above and beyond with the repair of our Subzero refrigerator. He was fair with his pricing and was a nice man.
Pricing was great as well as everyone! They were knowledgeable with Bosch ovens. They arrived on time and fixed my oven on time.
