Bought a car had a full years mot on it standards where excellent was very good efficient service very helpful did have an issue with it dealt with John to resolve it absolutely brilliant guy everything got sorted in the end would definitely go back and buy from John again 100% 10 out of 10

Bought a mini, excuses they come up with and verbal in the office are unreal. Absolute nightmare to deal with. Problems with the car from day one, they didn't give a toss once they'd got their money. I would avoid these cowboys. Unless you want to be lied to. Absolutely dire, avoid avoid avoid.
Bought a car and had to wait 3weeks after paying for it before parts would arrive and they could fix it. Was promised a tank of fuel for my wait but I didn’t get one. On leaving the forecourt the car smelt odd but it had just been valleted so was thinking it was something burning off?? Returned the next week as it was a diesel smell when stationary!
