Dr. Gould has been my oncologist since 2021 and my rating is for him and not the office staff where he is currently. He is a caring person who listens and does not try to impose anything on you that you don’t want unless things aren’t working out the way they should. Then he will try to get you to at least try things his way. As far as his office staff, when Dr. Gould was at Samuel Oschin Cancer Center at Cedars Sinai Pavillion, his assistant, Isabel, was great at getting things taken care of. Dr. Gould is an incredibly kind, efficient, compassionate doctor. He takes time to listen and talk. He treats me like an individual, not another number with cancer. He works from his heart. That is clear in all he does, in the time he takes, in his genuine, kind, and intellectual demeanor.
He is amazing. I have been with him for 10 years and I love his bedside manner
