Phyllis should quit the business before she seriously harms someone. Go to her at your own risk because she will likely do more harm than good. She totally lacks empathy, compassion, or even interest in her clients. She makes unethical and misguided diagnoses. Her office as well as her personal appearance and demeanor are sloppy, disheveled and chaotic. This woman is a danger to society.
Awful. She is not knowledgable about the LGBT community and asked me offensive questions. I felt like I spend the whole session educating her. She spent like a 4th of my last session trying to convince me that a person who is no longer in my life is stalking me and going to hurt me. Her office smells really bad and she seems super bored during sessions.
Her phones rang several times during the session and she looked at her cell phone to see who was calling. She put words in my mouth and tried to convince me that I was desperate. She told me the solution to my financial troubles was finding a man to foot the bill. Don't visit her even if your insurance covers the sessions.
Phyllis Gould needs to be in Jail for being an A to society. How can someone in her field feel she has the authority to belittle, demean and make a bad situation worst. She is the worst counsler you can possibly find. People you have a choice! Do not go to Phyllis Gould, the minute u meet her you will see what I mean do not sign anything!!! She is a liar! I will never return, she made the situation worse
I met with phyllis to have help with an addication. She was horrible. At first when I called her it was stricly business. I was reffered to her by my health inssurance and I was told it was a $40.00 co pay and I told her this on the phone and stated she would not make an appointment with me until she calls them her self. so she calls me back and tells me its a $40 co pay, I was like really I tgold you that.
