Tried to increase my property insurance by 120% this year. No reason why other than there have been more claims coming in so they need to recoup their costs… Look elsewhere. It took me 1 phone call to another company to actually get a lower rate than I had with the Hilb group initially. Apparently was overpaying from the start.
Not helpful with car insurance, despite owning multiple insurance policies with them for 5 years. Increased my rate without my permission.
