Worked with this firm (specifically Ken Gould) to purchase a home. Being our broker’s attorney, they should have had our best interest prioritized, but that was not the case. Signing a purchase and sale for a new build, which needed FHA approval, we were not advised to add additional clauses for delays on the builders end-which ultimately ended up happening.
