Without a shadow of doubt I can honestly say Pete is the real deal. Not only did he answer the phone he called me back to check on my status on the replacement of the vacuum pump and power steering pump. In my opinion he is a walking encyclopedia and I would venture to say probably the most knowledgeable person I have ever talked to regarding a dodge ram truck. If you doubt me then watch his YouTube videos and see for yourself….. thank you for all of the help Pete.
This guy is an excellent person!!! He helped me out with my vacuum pump problem on my 98 Dodge 3500 and told me lots of info on parts and problems concerning the pump that could happen. They don't make em like him anymore!!!!!
This was top notch!! The instructions that came with my vacuum pump rebuild kit were so easy to understand. Got a video also. I would absolutely recommend Gould Gear.
Customer service is above and beyond. I am local to him and ran into trouble with a bad drive dog on the vacuum pump. Long story short a little bit of a drive he was able to get me headed in the right direction with a new drive, coupler and even put it together while I was there. Thank you so much for all your help!!! Oh and plus this was on a Saturday night.
Mr.Gould is a very wise, kind and very educated man. If I ever need anything for my truck that they offer, this is the first place i will look. Thank you again Mr.Gould!
