I received an e-mail for a super-high estimate for some electrical work, that I did NOT solicit. It was for the replacement of 4 100 amp boxes for a building. When asked and asked AGAIN, for an itemized bill, so I would be able to compare apples to apples, they said they lost interest in this job.
