Rudest receptionist Ive ever encountered, was like calling a private home and the don’t want to speak to you. It started at hello, unbelievable. Must be something about this industry. I have just received a reply on this review, totally ignoring the issue and no apology offered. So they are as grubby as I thought.
Can not recommend Rob, Ros and the team at Goulburn Valley Orthodontics enough. The amazing transformation of my daughter’s teeth was amazing, they were informative and caring from start to finish.Their care and professionalism is second to none!
