I am making a complaint about the poor handling of my recent scan booking. After my surgeon requested a CT scan and ultrasound, I handed the request form to the front desk. I was told the form would be sent to Imaging and that I would be contacted. I never received a call, only a booking letter a week later. On the day of my appointment, I cancelled work (losing income as I am casual), fasted for 4 hours, and attended the hospital.
