Want to really praise the service team there. Had my car in for a warranty transmission change. The team were fast and professional fixing the problem for me. Even did a wheel alignment for me. The whole process was seamless. Thanks guys. I'll definitely be back for my regular service now.
Warranty has been a nightmare to organise. Took them forever to get the parts, had to constantly follow them up till the point they had to reorder parts. Finally got it booked in after a long time waiting. dropped my ute off on the date it’s was booked in, later got a phone call that day saying they have no mechanics to do the job and had to rebook it a month later. Nothing but an inconvenience and they never made an effort to try rectify anything.

Fuel filter light came on in our 2013 HiLux camper, heading into Goulburn. Attempted to clear it to no avail. Enter Goulburn Toyota with some expert advice over the phone and a booking arranged with Adam. Arrived after lunch, where they squeezed us in between jobs, and Billy had everything arranged. I had parked in the wrong lot, but that was not an issue. They looked after us very well, including making a hot chocolate for my wife.
