Fuel filter light came on in our 2013 HiLux camper, heading into Goulburn. Attempted to clear it to no avail. Enter Goulburn Toyota with some expert advice over the phone and a booking arranged with Adam. Arrived after lunch, where they squeezed us in between jobs, and Billy had everything arranged. I had parked in the wrong lot, but that was not an issue. They looked after us very well, including making a hot chocolate for my wife. 96 months service, very bad experience, still try to find another toyota service nearby, the heating system didn't work after the 'service', took the car back, for another day. 2 days of loss, and not even an apology for their negligence. Not recommended, friends told similar experiences.
The receptionist who answered my call was really helpful and she told me that she would get the service area to call me back. I never got a call.
