Josh was super helpful when I had a question about the lower monthly prices shown on websit3 for the same size storage unit that I was already renting. He sorted my issue out quickly and saves me some money on my storage unit. Very happy with his customer service!

Josh was very communitive, polite, insightful to my questions and quires. Process has been easy and with the use of the app, alot easier to access the property without leaving the vehicle.
