Poor service skills. I have 2022 navara and went into limp mode on my way to the snow, barely made it to Goulburn nissan and they said they couldn't help for 4 hour which would have ruined the trip, seeing I just asked them to just clear the codes and tell me what the codes was. So I took it to ultra tune around the corner and great service, within 10min they cleared them and I just needed a new air filter so went to supercheap and was back on the road within an hour.
