I recently visited the Goulburn Mitsubishi dealership after huge wait times at my local and I can't speak highly enough about the incredible service I received. The staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to address my issue quickly and efficiently. Sketchy - charged us for rego and put it in their name forcing us to pay for transfers. they agree verbally to sales terms then roll up items in single items in receipts. After payment of 18k they don't deliver later and show the receipt and say if it's not itemised then it's not their problem. "Not how it works", passing the phone around to 3 sales flunkies trying to paper over dealing in bad faith. I was driving an older Triton from Sydney to Victoria on 30/1/25, it had a bit of a hiccup around Goulburn, with the engine light coming on. I limped into Goulburn Mitsubishi and they squeezed me in straight away and got me going within an hour, exceptional service, thanks to them I got home safely.
