Great team & car
Recently had the misfortune to damage my 2019 Triton after hitting an object on the road. The ute was taken to Geissler Motors for repairs and I was very impressed with the way all staff dealt with the situation. Communication from the Service department was first class along with fitting the repairs in at short notice.
I recently visited the Goulburn Mitsubishi dealership after huge wait times at my local and I can't speak highly enough about the incredible service I received. The staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to address my issue quickly and efficiently. Despite the short notice, they managed to squeeze me in, which was such a relief as I had a trip planned. Sketchy - charged us for rego and put it in their name forcing us to pay for transfers. they agree verbally to sales terms then roll up items in single items in receipts. After payment of 18k they don't deliver later and show the receipt and say if it's not itemised then it's not their problem. "Not how it works", passing the phone around to 3 sales flunkies trying to paper over dealing in bad faith.
