I have been trying to buy a car since Sunday. I had asked a couple of questions, does it have a gvm upgrade and what sort of suspension is on the car. It has been me chasing the sales people Cupid and Bailey without getting a single call back from them. Each time the say they dont know what the suspension is, I asked bailey what colour the shocks were and he admitted he hadnt even looked. Don't go here if you want them to do anything other that a standard service. Booked in 2 weeks ago for warranty work. They didn't bother to arrange parts so have to go back. Asked them to do extra work which I was happy to pay for but was told they didn't feel like doing extra so didn't do the work. Would suggest going to Sydney or Canberra if you want work done.
Very happy with the service division. We turned up on Friday afternoon and told we needed a new fan housing to continue our journey up north. The part was ordered and delivered as expected at 9am Monday, then replaced soon after. We were back on the road by 10:30am Monday morning - awesome result thanks to the knowledgeable team 🙏
