While travelling along the north shore this fall our Onan 5500 generator kept shutting down after only a few minutes running. Reached out to Goulais River on a referral from Dan's Mobile and Darcy agreed to look at our problem even though he had a priority job in the shop. We arrived approx. 10 am and immediately got service. Learned a few things about codes that are generated when shutdowns occur, never had a generator issue 10 years and after about a couple hours of diagnosis and testing we left only to have the same issue... read more

Always professional, prompt service from the staff.
VERY FRIENDLY ENVIRONMENT..
Had engine problems. They gave suggestions how to do temporary fix and said if we could make it there they would help.When we arrived they diagnosed and ordered parts allowed us to stay in their back lot a no cost. They were pleasant and helpful throughout our stay. When part arrived quickly installed and fixed electrical issue. Bill was very reasonable. So grateful for their help and service. Would highly recommend.
