Dr. Gough and his entire staff is awesome! Always able to get my family in for appointments in a timely manner. Highly recommend this small town doctor.
I wasn’t even able to see the doctor. The nursing staff was absolutely unpleasant. I have 2 insurances and just because they didn’t take the one they couldn’t see my son even though the one was a secondary. I took time out of work to come here and I even shared my insurance before I came in. I felt humiliated. I’ve dealt with insurances for years in my own career myself and I have never felt so disrespected.
